Secondary Principal — International Christian School Nonthaburi (ICSN), Thailand
International Christian School Nonthaburi (ICSN) is seeking an experienced Secondary Principal to lead our Secondary division (Grades 6–12), guiding academic excellence, staff development, and school culture in alignment with our mission and values.
About the Role
The Secondary Principal provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across academics, staff, operations, and community engagement, reporting to the Head of Education and Executive Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Secondary division in alignment with ICSN's mission, philosophy, and schoolwide learner outcomes
Oversee curriculum, instruction, assessment, and academic pathways across Grades 6–12, including AP and college-preparatory programs
Supervise, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture
Support student well-being, retention, and family engagement, including admissions and recruitment collaboration
Manage daily operations: scheduling, staffing, student records, safeguarding, and facilities coordination
Represent the Secondary division to families and the wider school community
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's in Education, Educational Leadership, or Administration preferred
3–5 years of educational leadership experience, ideally in a Secondary or international school setting
Experience with American curriculum, AP, accreditation, or college-preparatory programs preferred
International or multicultural school experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and people-centered approach

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: 1,500,000 THB
Furnished on-campus housing (rent-free) or off-campus housing stipend (144,000+ THB value)

Airfare reimbursement of 50,000 THB upon successful contract completion
Approximately 12 weeks of paid holidays and school breaks

Dependent child benefits: tuition support up to 400,000 THB per child, health insurance (~60,000 THB/child), and 50,000 THB annual child benefit — for up to four children
