Job Description

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a British curriculum school
  • A strong track record of school improvement and driving high standards of teaching and learning
  • Experience with British curriculum, including EYFS through to secondary
  • A deep understanding of safeguarding, statutory duties, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the whole school community
  • Experience working in an international or expatriate school setting is advantageous
