Requirements:

• We are seeking dedicated and qualified native and non-native English teachers who meet the following criteria:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar certification.

• A minimum of one year's teaching experience preferred, preferably in English language instruction

• Experience with Cambridge exam preparation is a plus

• Spanish nationals with one of the above qualifications or equivalent, Level C1 in English and preferably with experience of having spent a considerable amount of time living in the UK.

Teaching Skills:

• Proficient understanding of various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt them to meet students' needs

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective lesson planning and classroom management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

• Patience, empathy, and a resilient personality to overcome challenges and inspire students.

• Demonstrated commitment to students' learning and personal growth

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Enthusiasm for exploring innovative approaches to teaching English

• Desire to contribute to the overall success of our educational institution.

• Familiarity with digital teaching resources and educational technology tools

• Competence in using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other relevant applications
