Cen English is an English cram school in Keelung City, Taiwan, which is recognized by the Ministry of Education. We are also the only Cambridge-approved school in Keelung that is recognized by Cambridge University. Our Chinese and foreign teachers have master's degrees, and Cen English is one of the few cram schools in Keelung that has full-time foreign teachers.
