Position Overview

As a UNI Instructor, you will deliver personalized, engaging, and effective online lessons to learners across the globe. Our platform enables instructors to teach subjects/topics of their expertise while connecting with students who share a passion for learning. UNI instructors play a key role in shaping the future of education by fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality online lessons tailored to learners’ needs and proficiency levels.
  • Conduct trial lessons (25 minutes) to assess student needs and encourage subscriptions.
  • Set learning objectives, provide feedback, and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain professional conduct and create a respectful learning environment.
  • Regularly update availability on the UNI platform calendar.
  • Utilize UNI LEARN tools for enhanced teaching experiences.
  • Collaborate with UNI LEARN support to resolve scheduling issues and access resources.
  • Optionally manage and develop learning communities upon meeting performance thresholds.

Qualifications

  • Education: Relevant degree, certification (e.g., TEFL, CELTA, or subject-specific credentials), or extensive professional experience.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in the chosen subject area; prior online teaching experience is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual learners.
    • Proficient in using online tools and virtual classroom platforms.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive commission rates decrease as monthly earnings increase, starting at 30% for $500 and scaling down to 20% for $1500+​​.
